Late December 2002, a friend from Singapore visits me and stays for about a week. He came with a mission: to spend Christmas with a girl he was keen on.
Before he left, he passed me a curious little black box for the girl. He had wanted to pass it to her during Christmas, but she didn't want to accept it.
My mission? To give that little black box to her on his behalf.
What is in this black box? 81 S$1 coins because before he came to KL he had a phone-relationship with her and at one point promised her that for every time he thought of her, he would put a dollar coin into this little black box.Fastforward to the future... 380 days later, 11 January 2004, the curious little black box will finally be with the intended recipient!
Now that's one burden off my back! (or my study table rather...)
